2. Delivery Timeline

• **Permanent Access**: You can bookmark the results page URL (`astrobeads.shop/result?txn=...`) or copy it to share. Your report remains securely saved on our servers for permanent access.

3. Issues with Report Retrieval

If your transaction was completed but you were not redirected to the results page, or did not receive the report details:
• Please check your internet connection and verify if the transaction succeeded.
• Contact our support team immediately at **support@astrobeads.shop** or via WhatsApp. Provide your transaction details, and we will manually retrieve your report link for you.
