Core Policy
Due to the digital and personalized nature of our product, reports once generated and delivered cannot be refunded or cancelled. The cost is incurred for the computational resources and AI processing required to create your unique report.
Refunds Are Applicable In These Cases:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error.
- Failed Delivery: If payment was successfully processed, but you did not receive your generated report due to a verifiable technical failure on our end.
Refunds Are Not Applicable In These Cases:
- Report Generated: Once your report has been successfully generated and made available to you.
- Dissatisfaction with Content: Disagreement with or dislike of the insights provided in the AI-generated report. The service is the generation and delivery of the report, not the subjective interpretation of its content.
- Incorrect Information Provided: If you entered the wrong name, date of birth, time of birth, or other details. Please double-check your information before submitting.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. You will need to provide your transaction ID and a clear explanation of the issue. We will investigate the claim and process the refund if it is deemed valid.
