1. Cancellation Policy

Because all compatibility reports on Astrobeads are digitally generated instantly upon payment validation, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is successfully completed.

2. Refund Conditions

We stand behind the quality of our reports. We will issue a 100% refund in the following scenarios:
• Technical Failure: If your payment was deducted but the website failed to verify the transaction or display your report.
• Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same calculation due to payment gateway fluctuations.

3. Refund Request Process

If you experience a technical delivery failure:
1. Email us at **support@astrobeads.shop** with your transaction details (order ID/transaction reference and date).
2. We will investigate the logs and verify the payment status with PhonePe within 24-48 hours.
3. Once verified, refunds are initiated immediately and will reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5-7 business days.
